I'm Sandra, and this is my story

I started my fitness journey pretty much by accident. I was never athletic nor did I play any sports growing up. When I began training in 2017, I was hooked almost immediately.

My passion is to help others improve their quality of life. What started as just posting my daily workouts on my social platforms, blossomed into the launch of my fitness brand, SOFIT, later that year.

Having experienced the benefits of eating healthy & weight training, I became a coach to help others do the same! I will provide you with various challenges, programs & meal plans that provide high energy training using creative techniques in exercise science, cardio & strength training for the purpose of helping you reach your fitness goals and appreciate your uniqueness.

Now one of the top leading fitness trainers/Influencers in Nigeria, I want to motivate you to go after your own goals! If I can do it, you can too.
